Volunteers of Healthwatch Doncaster have helped to launch a project around care and support at home and have published an online survey this week to receive feedback from local people.
Healthwatch Doncaster will be heading into the community to hear from service users on their experiences of care and support at home, to help evaluate the model and delivery of home care since its redesign in 2016 by the local authority.
The new service is person centred allowing them to live in their own homes independently and receiving care and support in a flexible way.
